The Metabones PL Lens to Sony E-mount T CINE Adapter is a precision lens mount adapter and is compatible with E mount cameras including the Sony A7SIII, Sony FX9  and Sony FS5 / FS7. 

Almost any PL mount prime and zoom lens can be used with this adapter. For added lens mount stability, it also features a support bracket compatible with ARRI Pro Set camera accessories and other lens mount supports.
